Who we are
YesBOS is operated by Axon Intelligence (NZ). We provide workforce support assistants for New Zealand organisations. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information.

- Contact details you provide through the “Talk to us” form, such as name, business name, email, phone and region.
- Business data you choose to connect, for example your Xero or MYOB ledger, so your digital team can do their work.
- Basic usage information needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to enquiries, deliver and improve the service, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Where your data is hosted
Customer data is hosted in the New Zealand / Australia region. Where we use trusted service providers, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information remains protected to a comparable standard.
